We offer free exchange only in case of a defect or wrong item.
For all other reasons, exchanges and returns are paid by the customer.

• Exchange: Free if the product has a defect. Otherwise, the customer pays a fee equal to the delivery fee.
  
• Return: Paid by the customer unless the product is faulty.
  
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  
• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
• If the payment is made using a Visa card, the refund will be issued in cash. All refund processes will be handled securely and transparently.
